Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Filter Cartridges are consumable products. Once opened or used, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged due to customer misuse, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us are not eligible for return or refund.
- Change-of-mind requests are generally not eligible for refunds or returns unless approved at our discretion.

3. Pricing Discrepancies & Order Cancellation
Prices may vary between our physical stores, online marketplaces (such as Shopee and Lazada), promotional campaigns, and dealer networks. We do not guarantee price matching across different sales channels.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order under the following circumstances:
- The product is unavailable or out of stock.
- Incorrect pricing or product information was displayed due to technical or system errors.
- Suspicious or fraudulent transaction activity is detected.
In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly and refunded where applicable.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Sale or promotional items are generally non-refundable unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Return Shipping Policy
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as incorrect, defective, or damaged items received.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Change of Mind Policy
Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellations or refunds due to change of mind may only be accepted at our discretion.
Approved change-of-mind cancellations or refunds may be subject to a 20% administrative fee based on the final purchase amount.
