Upon receive of the good, customer is responsible to check the item's condition. SHOPNSAVE shall not liable, entertain item broken and not liable for customers whom inform SHOPNSAVE after 7 working days from the date of purchased.
By default, all sale and transaction is final. All goods sold is not refundable due to
change of minds. SHOPNSAVE is not liable and accountable for refund due to buyer change of
minds. SHOPNSAVE shall not liable and accept refund from customer if the item broken due to buyer's mishandling and mis-use.
We only consider for return due to below circumstances:
If the item broken is caused by shipping courier company with the original
packing, the item must be in original state and not used item with the original complete packaging. We shall file a claim to courier company and the original un-used must be return to SHOPNSAVE for investigation and compensation per case basis.
